Hi, I’m Kimery (she/her). Glad You’re Here.
I am a dedicated therapist specializing in supporting individuals through pregnancy, postpartum adjustments, parenting challenges, domestic violence recovery, and trauma healing. With a compassionate and client-centered approach, I provide a safe and empathetic space for clients to explore their experiences and embark on a path toward healing and growth.
I understand the profound impact of pregnancy, postpartum adjustments, and experiences of domestic violence on individuals and families. My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based practices tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, fostering resilience, empowerment, and improved well-being.
I am committed to fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship, where clients feel heard, validated, and supported in their journey toward healing. If you're navigating these challenging areas and seeking compassionate support, I am here to help you navigate and thrive.
Outside of Therapy:
I have spent the last 16 or so years in Nashville, but am originally from Memphis, TN. I was brought to Nashville for college and grad school but have fallen in love with the city and the community that I have built through the years. I am a big believer in living as true to your core values as possible. Some of mine, that I also bring into therapy, include autonomy, dignity, social justice as well as appreciation, collaboration and curiosity with a bit of humor.
When I am not in session I am most likely planning a trip, at my community gym, or spending time with my husband Payton and our two kiddos, Poppy and Wren. I love trying new restaurants and coffee shops, and binge watching reality tv when I have free time.
