Ready For a Change?

Life as a woman is one of the most complex, beautiful, and challenging journeys and every experience looks different. Whether you're navigating motherhood, figuring out who you are outside of it, or somewhere in between, you deserve support that meets you exactly where you are.

So many women carry hard things quietly pregnancy loss, infertility, postpartum depression and anxiety, birth trauma, identity shifts, caregiver burnout, and complex grief thinking they should just push through. You don't have to do that anymore.

And some of the heaviest things women carry go even deeper. Childhood trauma that shows up in your relationships, painful experiences that never got the space they deserved, and for some, the courage it takes to heal after domestic violence. Whatever you're holding, this is a space where all of it is welcome.

You are not alone, and you are not too much. Healing is possible and it can even feel hopeful.

My Specialties

Where I do my best work

01Pregnancy/postpartum

Perinatal therapy supports individuals and families during pregnancy, postpartum, and the first year after birth. It addresses mood disorders (like perinatal depression and anxiety), pregnancy-related trauma, birth complications, adjustment to parenthood, relationship changes, and challenges with breastfeeding and sleep. Therapy offers evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, interpersonal therapy, trauma-informed care, and attachment-focused approaches tailored to each person’s cultural background, medical history, and parenting goals.

04Domestic Violence

Abuse doesn't always look like what we've been taught to expect. Sometimes it's loud and obvious. More often, it's quiet, the slow chipping away at your confidence, the constant guessing at someone else's mood, the moments you caught yourself thinking "maybe I'm the problem." If you've left and you're still untangling what happened, or you're still in it and just trying to think clearly for the first time in a while, I want you to know: your instincts were right. And you don't have to figure this out by yourself.

I specialize in working with survivors of domestic violence and coercive control. Helping you make sense of what happened, rebuild trust in your own perception, and find your way back to yourself.

03Relationships

Relationship issues in therapy address the patterns, conflicts, and unmet needs that make connection difficult. I provide a neutral space to identify harmful cycles, build emotional safety, develop practical skills for clearer communication and conflict resolution, and clarify values and boundaries. Whether repairing trust after betrayal, navigating separation, or strengthening an already healthy partnership, therapy helps you understand yourself and each other, make intentional choices, and create more satisfying, resilient relationships.

02Trauma

Trauma therapy offers compassionate, evidence-based support to help you recover from painful experiences. It focuses on helping you feel safe again and reducing things like anxiety, flashbacks, hypervigilance, avoidance, and numbness. I use many approaches such as EMDR, cognitive processing therapy, somatic experiencing, and trauma-focused CBT to ease symptoms, process difficult memories, and teach practical coping skills. Therapy moves at your pace and centers on safety, choice, and your sense of control — you don’t have to do this alone.

The Process

Reach out

I offer a free 15 minute consult call. During this meeting we go over your needs and goals and what options are the best fit for you right now.

See change

I help women and mothers navigate therapy that’s tailored to your life. Balancing identity, relationships, career, and caregiving. You’ll get practical tools and compassionate support for anxiety, postpartum changes, parenting stress, burnout, and life transitions. Therapy is collaborative and flexible: goal-focused sessions, evidence-based approaches, and a pace that respects your schedule and priorities. Build clearer boundaries, stronger self-care, and a grounded sense of who you are beyond roles. Real change, designed for the realities of being a woman.

Feel joy

There’s a lightness that arrives almost quietly. Mornings feel less heavy, and you notice small pleasures again: a laugh that comes easily, an appetite for plans, a breath that doesn’t tighten. Decisions feel clearer, boundaries feel steadier, and days stretch with possibility instead of dread. In therapy, reclaiming joy and freedom often means rediscovering parts of yourself that had been muted: curiosity returns, connection deepens, and the world starts to feel like a place you can move through rather than withstand.

Rediscover the joy you’ve been missing.

Find happiness and fulfillment when you need it most.
